HEARTACHE & MOVING ON
Grief can do a number on you. It can open up feelings that have been suppressed for years. With my sister’s passing, those intensities have done exactly that and my writing has ceased for the moment. On the other hand, I know I should take advantage of these scattered emotions and incorporate them into my stories. After all, I promised her at the end I would continue writing. Now…I need to promise myself.
BITS & PIECES
Working on two major projects: one is editing “The Mink Wrap In The Attic,” for the fourth time, and the other is starting a new book. It will definitely be nostalgic in nature, but either a novelette or novel. Depending on how far I go with the plot. With my sister’s health issues this summer, I haven’t been able to get in my writing groove, but I’m hoping to change that in the near future as she improves. After all…Fall is near! My productive season!
