Summertime…and the living is easy
It’s time for beaches, cookouts, sunbathing, boating, camping…you know the drill. Have sent in my edits for my next book, a historical fiction titled UNLOCKING FEDORAS, so am hoping to enjoy some of the listed activities above while I wait for the critique. Wish me luck!
TRUDGING ON
What’s the chance two people of my inner circle would pass on the same day? My last remaining sister + my best friend’s son. Still trying to wrap my head around the possibility. Life’s just so damn unfair sometimes. Just have to take another deep breath and carry on.

Advice from late author Jackie Collins
“The easier you make your writing look, the more difficult it is. Create characters out of nothing & make them look interesting.” She was one of my favorite authors…in fact, where I got my inspiration.
If you have dreams, follow them. If you have hopes, chase them.
How well do you really know your neighbors? In PRIVATE PURSUITS, join five families, all under one roof in an apartment house located in New Water, Illinois. Here, you’ll find a dispirited group of people who possess profound dreams of not only a better tomorrow, but fulfillment, all the while hoping no serious consequences befall them in the future.
When you step behind each door at 808 West Washington Street, you’ll discover the personal destination of all the neighbors and what they have in common.
