As the world hands us hate…love shines through even the smallest of cracks
Advice from late author Jackie Collins
“The easier you make your writing look, the more difficult it is. Create characters out of nothing & make them look interesting.” She was one of my favorite authors…in fact, where I got my inspiration.
If you have dreams, follow them. If you have hopes, chase them.
How well do you really know your neighbors? In PRIVATE PURSUITS, join five families, all under one roof in an apartment house located in New Water, Illinois. Here, you’ll find a dispirited group of people who possess profound dreams of not only a better tomorrow, but fulfillment, all the while hoping no serious consequences befall them in the future.
When you step behind each door at 808 West Washington Street, you’ll discover the personal destination of all the neighbors and what they have in common.
“Private Pursuits”
The date is getting closer & closer…release date for 2nd published novel of the year! Sept. 13th, woo hoo!
Excerpt from “Leather Horizons”
“The Comfort Zone bar was a den of has-beens, wannabes, and those caught in-between. Misty Briscoe often wondered which category she fit in to. She knew one thing for certain. Campbell Colter would never approve of her being here. Never! Not that she required his approval.” https://www.amazon.com/dp/0999781014

Time to get back to work. Marketing is priority.
Gotta get my name & books out there.
Plus, start again on new novel. 🙂
WHAT A YEAR SO FAR!
The first part of this year has been incredibly busy with
writing projects. I will publish 3 novels this year, find all
of them on Amazon (eventually). Thanks for your
patience as I completed all the different phases each
book required. Hard work, but rewarding!
Heating Up!
The first part of the year has brought three major projects to the forefront. Two of my novels are being professionally edited. While another may be contracted with a small press. Life is crazy, but great!
Is It Over Yet?
I’m taking this month to revise my first book, development editor wants to see it first part of February. It’s a grueling and tedious process…good thing I love this writing life!
